I am a Computer Engineer having 5 years of work exp. I am currently working in Saudia Arabia as a Senior Pre-Sales Engineer more than a year.

In which category can I apply for immigration. Only the following category seems near to my experience.

"1122 Professional Occupations in Business Services to Management"

Please suggest.

You can read the specific NOC duties and responsibilities. Try searching/google for the NOC List and search the 1122 NOC in the NOC website. The NOC List is also in the CIC website.

No category for IT people at this point in time, if you do MGT consultaing in your current job then 1122 may be applicable

Couple of things that you need to keep in Mind-
1.) Your job duties should match that of NOC 1122 and you need to prove it beyond doubt with help of reference letters
2.) There are already over 950 app in this category against cap of 1000 so you need to hurry else you will be able to Apply from Jul1 2011 onwards
