I, Mxxxxd Axxx Axxxxi S/o xxxxxxn Resident of Axxxi House , Caxxxxt Nuxxxxxasir Bxxxxeshxxx, N.W.F.P Pakistan do hereby state on solemnly affirmation as under: -

1. That Mr. xxxxunxxxr Afridi is my real Son.
2. That he intends to proceed to abroad for his higher studies.
3. That my financial position is very sound and can easily bear his all expenses i.e Boarding/ Lodging/ Transportation and tuition fees or any other related expenses of my above mentioned Son.

Whatever is stated above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge and belief.

I shared exactly the same thing which i made for myself .. take itx print on a 30Rs stamp paper...signed by Oath Commissioner or Notary Public...
