no gurantee to a genuine person to get visa,
yesterday , a person called me , he told me that i have rejected with the same reason in which u were rejected.
ur previous studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, future plans r not matchable to ur further studies,
his percentage in b.c.a is 84%
ielts 7.5 bands in academmic
he is doing a job in a software company of web developer
he was going for further studies according to his exp. and qualification.
no funds problem
but still he got rejection.
2nd case
a student failed in 10th math subject , and after
+2 there is two year gap in his study and he made a fake certificate of diploma in computer applications and was going for a course in hospitality management, u know,
he got visa in may 2010 session.
3. a person after m.c.a and two year gap, going for a post secondary diploma ( after +2 course)
he got visa.

4. my two friends completed their degree after 2 years of their degree time
2004-2008 batch
but one got degree in may 2009 and one got degree in dec 2009,
but i got degree in time in may 2008 and i have one year lecturer exp in same field
they both got visa , but i couldn't get it.
i have 6 bands( cleared eligibilty of gbc college for this course and eligibilty of vfs checklist) , choose the course which is related to my field, strong financially , but still got rejected in my 1st attempt.
it's not the problem of bands , not the problem of course what u r going for?, not the problem of funds,
it's all depends on the mood of visa officers.
wht r they doing?
i have chose the course which is totally related to my previous qualifications and exp.
but i don't know , how to get the visa.
but if i think legally then this time i will definitely get visa , because now i have filed my case with strong proof and strong documents on 21st june 2010 and still my case is under processing(25 working days)

I agree with you buddy. No strict guidelines/norms are being followed or justice is being done by the CHC. Its not just you even i have been observing this from last one year. I know people who took admission in Post secndry diploma besides having done MBA and got the VISA and I know more genuine people like you who were furthering their education and were/are being refused.

Buddy we can't do anything can we ? all we can do is to take a chance and see if we are fortunate enough to make it or not ? I can sense you are pissed off by the refusal and i know life is not fair so i would say ''life does not remain same always, Bad times will pass away and good days will come definately so life goes on and we need to accept it as it comes''

i have applied my file again on 21st june 2010 with strong proof and strong documents, with my documents i think i haven't give a single chance to visa officer to reject my visa,

But can u confirm that ur friends got visa for Sept 2010 or earlier intaks because CHC is more strict now.

i have already applied my case again for same intake for same college and strong proof , and also wrote a letter to visa officer,
so i think i will definitely get visa now,
second time applied on 21st june 2010 and case is under processing now,
25 working days has been over and hope next week there is some hope for me.

they are only doing their job because while submitting our documents we miss some thing thats why our visa is got refused
they have no personal clashes with any one so they make decision under the information which you have provided them
its only you that you have to satisfy otherwise they are forced to take decision under immigration laws otherwise the job of a immigration officer may be in trouble

, that's why , i said , it's all depends on mood of visa officers,

i am pakistani but i m working in Gulf State-UAE (Doha Qatar) from 2 years on work visa valid for 3 more years
i am here at good salary with accommodation, cook facility, cleaning boys by company for residence, transport facility
but its human restless nature he want to go for new things so i am doing only for this sake even there will be nothing in canada
except a foreign certificate program

well its good to share all the information here which we have gained from different sources
if i joined this form before proceeding my application then i can cover some lacknesses that were in my application under normal visa application for student
but now i am here to give information to the persons who gona apply
it feels very nice if you guide some body in good way

what was wrong in my file?
in spp , no documents r attached, just my exp. and educational qualifications and a loan letter, fees receipt, 3 forms of embassy.
i m always thinking +vely.
u r a -ve thinker , that's why u wrote this.

It seems that the forum is turning out to be a battle-ground of opinions. In respect to the examples quoted i also think that there is pinch of luck also involved in getting the visa.

i dint lose hope.....becoz i was and i am a positive thinker.

i tried my very best but dint criticise anybody.

i was not expecting interview but they called me for interview.

i dint criticise my agents and embassy for that.

God helped me and my positive thinking helped me in clearing the interview.

u can try and at some point u will get a +ve result.

we get things whenever the god wants.

ur file must have something wrong thats y they have refused twice.

its difficult to make u understand anything....hope u get a visa.

Stop this cold war guys. No two people and their applications are alike and in addition to that whoever is assessing our application is also human and he/she too gets affected by hell lot of things so decisions differ (SOMETIMES FAIR,SOMETIMES UNFAIR) plus DO COUNT LIFE ISN'T FAIR TO EVERYONE,EVERYTIME.

Given all these things we can never understand and expect things to workout everytime or the way we expect.

Thus cut the crap friends and IF POSSIBLE, LETS OPEN OUR HEART TO GOD AND PRAY FOR EACH OTHER.
