hello everyone my husband applied for quebec PR and we are expecting it by october 2012.but i am joining my MBA in sepetember 2012.Am i going to charge international fees??Can anyone give me some details about this.

None of us here can answer that question. You'll have to talk to the school you'll be attending to see if they will let you pay domestic rates. Sometimes schools will make exceptions if PR is pending.
That's not necessarily true. It depends on the school. I know two people who were in this situation. In one case the school agreed the student could pay domestic rates. In the second case the school insisted that the student pay the higher foreign rates. This is why it's important to contact the school to see what their policies are.
