Your post is confusing.

How long have you been out of Canada? According to your post only 15 days? You can easily return if you've only been out of Canada for 15 days. If you don't have your PR card yet and are non-visa exempt, you should apply for a travel document.

Yes I left Canada 15 days and want to go back how long that takes it PR in order to be ready because my WAIF will send it to the mail and in case of delay Is it possible to enter Canada more quickly I am currently in Syria

If you want to return to Canada quickly, you should visit the Canadian embassy in Syria or neighboring countries and obtain a travel document to return to Canada as soon as possible.
