Purpose of visit to attend birthday celebrations normally does not work. You'll have to think of a more convincing reason to visit. Or, it could even be to simply visit family and friends and for tourism

Invitation letter is written by your sister.
Purpose of visit is written by you.
If you're submitting by paper, that can be enough.
But if you're applying online, you can't continue with the application with incomplete requirements.
