Girl is Canadian citizen and boy is in Pakistan , both were just Engaged , girl never went to Pakistan , is this possible that girl can bring boy to Canada with going to Pakistan

Highly unlikely, unless the boy can get a visitor's visa to Canada so they can get married. Unfortunately this is tough to get for Pakistani citizens (but not impossible). The only way she can sponsor him is if they live together for a year (common-law) or get married.

Need Assistance

I got my Family Class sponsorship Visa, im traveling by the end of April and i bought my ticket with these connections LHR-DOHA-MONTREAL-CALGARY. so i heard Landing in montreal will create problem in PR process is that true !! . My connection to next flight is 3h 45mins... is it enough time to clear all paper work there at the airport? can anybody guide me!

With engagement it will be 100% refusal. You can't apply common law because of the religion. CIC is not bunch of children they know the culture very well, and if you don't have the full marriage with nikkah, rukhsati and waleema, be prepared to get interviewed and most likely rejected.
