I really need help. i would appreciate any help regarding this
I am on a study permit currently and expires 2022 June 30 . I am currently under academic suspension unfortunately as of Dec 2021 .me and my girlfriend have been living together for long enough now and she is a native American. She wants to sponsor me and one of the requirements is to have a valid status. I was wondering would my study permit be considered as valid even though I'm on academic suspension ? i saw in Canada website that you technically have 90 days to figure out what you wanna do in Canada before you have to leave.we just married this month and I wanted to know if I submit my spouse application and pr application would it still be okay ? or do I have to change my status to visitor first ?
I no longer want to study anymore which is why I was placed on academic suspension.
