PLZ, HELP. Some questions about how to apply for a Visitor Visa online from US??

Hello all

I want to visit my family but I need to get a visitor visa first to fly to Canada. I am collecting all documents but I have some questions, please I hope anybody can help me about this.

In my documents checklist says:

- Business Registration:

Use of a Family Member Representative for Online Applications (IMM5713)

What does that mean???

If more than one family member is applied with you in this application, you have to fill that form. But if you are sole applicant, then you don't have to fill that form.
