Previous ground of refusal:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.

· Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

You need to explain your Low grades, this is very IMPORTANT.
54.26% with 12 backlogs is a big red flag for the VO assessing your application.
You need to explain why your grades are so low, don't lie and be genuine.
Then explain what you have done, and show proof, that you have tried your best to improve your work ethics, performance, etc.
If you have work experiences, use that as a baseline for your explanation of how you will improve in the future.
