Plz Help me understand I got this - You are not eligible for Express Entry

Hi All and thank you for all the users for sharing info and helping each other.

Me and my wife and 5 years old are preparing for Express Entry since 6 months and the only thing missing right now is my diploma evaluation from WES. I wanted to get your inputs and feedback about whever this is the reason why I got You are not eligible for Express Entry.

I have already determined my eligibility for EE and it was OK but today when I create for the first time my profil I got You are not eligible for Express Entry message.

I remember while creating it I selected No to the question if my diploma was assessed by WES. Is this really the reason? Could you please help me understand? I hope this is the reason not something else because the evaluation of ongoing by WES.

I'm an IT professionnel and I have more than 10years in the IT field as an Analyst and Consultant and also as a Project Manager.

My IELTS results : Listening - 6.0 Reading - 7.5 Writing - 6.0 Speaking - 7.0 Overall - 6.5
My TEF Canada (French) : CE - B2 / CO - C1 / EE - C1 / EO - C1
As I said the only thing missing is WES diploma evaluation and I selected No and submitted my profil after that I received You are not eligible for Express Entry message in myCIC.
I see on thier website : Documents received - review in progress since 3 days now.

Could you please let me know what do you think about this? I know I can create a new profil but I don't know how to do it? Do I have to go to myCIC and create a profil for there or start all over again?

Unless you enter WES details, you wont be eligible for EE.
provided your IELTS score / NOC conditions are satisfied.

you should be able to update information on the existing profile.

How can I do update the information? I have already submitted my profil and received a letter saying that I'm not eligible.

All the options are greyed out.

Create a fresh EE profile (recommend using a fresh GCkey and email id) after you get your WES report.
