hello friends,
My fiance is under student visa in canada. In this december we are planning for a court marriage. We will apply for change of the middle name in my fiances passport. and enter my name as her husband.
But the problem is that the stamp of student visa to Canada will be in the old passport. when new passport will come will it come with the old student visa to canada stamp or what should i do next.

Don't worry about that..........the old passport should be stapled with the new one, once u get the new PP.

Also when you apply, mention your fiance's UCI or previous student file no. CIC would have all of your wife's details in the system.

How are you? May I please ask, if your fiancé is under a student visa in Canada, can she get a marriage visa under the student visa? Could you please explain to me what you did to get married with your fiancé here on the student visa? Thank you soooo much to anyone who can help me with this information.
