my wife decided to leave for canada permenantly since she spent 3 years ourside of canada and to not to violate her PR residency obligation of 730, she must return not later than 16 June 2016.
the dillema now ,we got 2 new born daughters who dont have PR status, so we are applying for TRV first so they can go with my wife,and once there we will apply for PR sponsorship for them.
I have created account at Mycic and downloaded the required document, which i find it difficult to fill in the sense that those application were made for adults,and i find some difficulties answering questions that don't fit for a CHILD.
btw , when I created Mycic to be able to make an application ,you have first to answer questions as of assessment of ur eligibility...i have 2 daughters shall i made 2 seperate applications for each, or shall i select add another family member, although at MyCIC document check list the 2nd daughter appears as she is accompanying the 1 daughter while both of them are accompanying my wife....please adive me clear this confusion
IMM5257E ( Application visitor visa TRV):
1- I don't have P.O.Box, I entered my previous employer P.O.BOX,however, I put my email address, i want the communication to be through the email but what if CIC or visa office abu dhabi want to send me some documents like, the medicals or stuff..!!.
2- the processing times for Child PR sponsorship now in Canada is 16 months, in the TRV application they ask for the travel duration, i made it a year,but is that applicable ?! to give 1 year of visit visa or do i have to select a short period, and even though ,the processing time for sponsorship is longer than the proposed travel duration....plz advise what duration shall i enter?
3- we don't have a fixed address in Canada since we will stay with a relatives in Toronto for longer period till we find affordable house,in the application it is required to give the name and address of the people you will visit in Canada,since the application is for my 2 child daughters, i put the name of myself and my wife with our relative's home address...is this correct?
4- in the TRV application its mandatory to fill the Employment history,and if u leave it blank it will give a red HIGHLIGHT around the empty fields and the application can't be validated, i can put N/A on the descriptive fields but what about the dates ,from and to ....please advise?
5- how to make Signature on this online document?.....do i have to print it our then sign then scan it to PDF but then how to validate it...?!!.....i tried to just put my full name but the box field is not writable ..i tried to insert image of my signature but the TRV document wont allow inserting images into the document ....please help?
