hi buddies,
My fiancee is in canada under student visa. In this december we are to planning perform court marriage.
In the marriage certificate the middle name of my fiancee will be my name. But in the passport her middle name is her father's name.
What middle name should I write in the Canada PR application form.
PLease rply me.

The name in the passport (whether father name or husband name ) should be in PR application form.

In Marriage Certificate, the name of the girl will be full name with her father name (not husband name).

After Marriage , you need to include ur name in Fiancee passport & her name in your passport ( I have done the same thing).

Coolguy2010 is right-do as per his experience.
Just like to add one thing.
Most probaly u will have to make an affidavit for ur wife regarding having defferent names in some documents-get it notorize,it will work.
