PLZ help its very urgent...

Hi Members
As per the Visa office rules we have to submit the notarized copy of employment contracts but i dont have any employment contract from both of my previous employers. One employer gave me a bunch of papers and asked me to sign it and they kept that copy with them and didnt provide me with the copy. Another just sent me an appointment letter stating my salary and job duties and asked me to sign it and return the duplicate if i am interested to join..
Please tell me what to do now??

Please tell me what to do now??= if u can convince ur past employers, the best thing is to draft a back-dated employment contract, take it to ur past employers & ask them to sign. u can also explain them that u require this for Canadian immigration purpose.---hopefully they will co-operate.

or if they don't u just have to write a explanation letter to the CHC explaining why u didn't attach the contracts and include as many relevant docs as possible like payslips, tax certificates, business cards, intra company docs, etc....

please help..= it would be better if u could arrange the docs that i suggested otherwise just add as many relevant docs as u can-----it can be those appointment letters plus ny other docs that u can arrange.....

the one wid ur job duties and salary is ur employment contract....coz its on company letter head i believe with ur position and duties..and i believe it shud hv ur contract time period also...so that will work....
