Plz Help (CHC London E-Case Decision made Without Medical Request )

Hi All, Plz guide me today i was checking my e-case status and there i found this thing (A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision) but till now i did not recive any letter from them, please help me about this status, is it rejection or +ve status

HI

Have you done your medicals ? If not then its not a good sign "decision made" before medicals means rejection unless its a error, you will get a letter by mail in 1-2 weeks.

i did not recive any medical request, after submiting full documents on 25th feb 2010 i recived a letter for additional document in the month of august and after that i did not recive any thing and today when i checked my e-case status it showes dec Made, what should i do? it there any chance for appeal? if yes then what is the criteria and where i can appeal, please guide me, i am so confused, from last 3 and half years i was waiting and today this thing happend.

I am afraid that its not a good news then, all you can do now is to wait for that letter because that will only tell you the reason of your rejection. Rejection after sending additional documents means that you have passed the points test but visa officer is not happy with the documents maybe from job experience your showed or maybe something else only that letter can tell you. Some applicants do apply CAIPS notes as it shows how many points they have got in each section you may try to apply for that but its you choice. You can appeal as well but i heard it cost about $3000 CAD and about 12 months to get a decision which is a long wait. I would suggest wait for the letter and once you know the reason then decide what your next step is , if your NOC is still in the new list you can try to re-apply. (I hope its a computer error!)

Can you tell us what additional documents they ask for because i think it will be pretty much related to those documents unless they have found something in the security check.

they asked for Wife's university documents, she did the Graduation and right now that university not exist, but when she completed the education that time she got the degree and that same degree i fwd to CHC, nothing else they asked.

Regarding appeal cannot we send them a email for appeal?

Then wait for the letter from london office, about the appeal you can try to send an email to the visa office if you think visa officer made a mistake and you can request to re-open the case by providing all the information which shows there has been a mistake but you can do this only once you know the reason so wait for the letter. The other thing is that if visa officer does not re-open the case then you will have to apply for appeal in the court not to the visa office.

Thanks for your promt reply, Saki the thing is i am in UAE then how i can appeal in Canadian Court,
i was hoping for good news but what can i say, it is realy strange already i wrote email to them that after the addiotional documents i did not recive any letter from your side but e-case status dec-made, let see what they reply.

on good search 95% people said rejection, but some people said may be error or may be request for medical or PPR, i am confused and cant do any thing instead of writing on this forum

Thats not a problem if you are residing in UAE, they have the ways for immigrants to appeal as its applicants right. Appeal can be filed to the Federal Court( Immigration Adjudication Division (IAD)). Dont loose hope yet maybe its an error, and visa office does not send any email when they receive additional documents.

Wait for visa office reply and see what other seniors suggest you on this forum.

Rejections letter always come through mail by post so it could take a week or so to reach you. I dont have much knowledge on the appeal procedure i would suggest either you wait for some other seniors to post on this thread or send a personal message to PMM, Qorax, Leon they can guide you in the right direction.

why are you so upset my friend ,as Saki said its 50 ,50 chances whether rejection or error,so please wait for letter.
What I understood by your case the problem is with the Degree of your wife .As you said the university doesn't exit anymore and I think that wasn't affiliated with HEC so CHC might not consider that degree and it became the main reason for your rejection if so.
Please wait ,lets see what you get by mail.

MOHAMMAD DONT BE UPSET because i think it will be error and by mistake.You can check the pakistani list on this thread: join the list of pakistani resident after 1st april 2010. Here you find some applicants whose status same as like you IN PROCESS/DECISION MADE. Plz share your full ecase status then it will be clear and do you OR your employer got any verification call for your job verification?
