Plz help Asap!!! anybody know whether u can sponsor your wife even u r on Consum

I will appreciate any reply, I would like to sponsor my wife but my concern is the fact I'm on Consumer Proposal since almost 3 yrs but I never filed bankruptcy I have a good job n I file my income tax every year, I know u can't sponsor if u r undicharge bankrupt, I'm not sure about consumer Proposal

A consumer proposal isn't bankruptcy and it isn't government aid. You're probably fine to sponsor your wife.

thx lot for your quick reply I really appreciate it, if have some experience to share too about some list for proof of relationship or how to well prepare for an interview in case I will appreciated it as well, but like I said thx lot again to reply me

For the moment concentrate on gathering proofs, dont focus on interview yet cuz its not gonna happen anytime soon after applying and if u can prove ur relationship is genuine u might not need any interview. Answer all the questions with a lots of details and explanation on your application,answer it truthfully , if not sure ask on the forum ,try not to leave anyquestion blank. Proofs of relationship;marriage certificate,wedding honeymoon pictures with family,friends and spouse,boarding pass,passport with stamp,gift receipt,hotel receipt ..etc
