I have applied for visitor visa on 3rd may 2016 online and there i upload my tickets which i have booked from 1st june 2016 to 30th june 2016 but unfortunatly still no answer from CIC. Should i cancel my tickets and or do what? Because if i dont than my money will be wasted.
And if i cancel and book another tickets how do i inform CIC?

You shouldnt be buying tickets before you get the visa. An itinerary online would have been enough

You should be able to rebook them for a fee, or it is waived, depending on your fare class.
