Inter:80.3%
S.S.C:83%
Ielts:6.5 (l-8 s-6 r-6.5 w-6)

I would improve your IELTS score before you apply and ensure you score at least 6.5 in each of the four categories. For Masters' programs, CIC typically likes to see at least 6.5 across the board.
