plz chek whether this is complete checklist or i need some other doc for TRV,PAK

my parents want to apply for TRV (multiple entry) from Pakistan to visit me in Canada.
here i compile the documents which i need to apply for there TRV from Pakistan, pls tell me if something is missing in it or it is complete?

Document Checklist [IMM 5484E]
Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257E]
Family Information [IMM 5645E]
Schedule 1 - Application for Temporary Resident Visa [IMM 5257 B_1 - Schedule 1]
fees payment (green receipt)
valid passport (with all previous passports included in application package)
two photos meeting the requirements
bank statement with account maintenance letter
property documents showing home ties
property valuation certificates
cover letter
Statement of purpose (explaining y they r planning to visit Canada and explaining they will return back to Pakistan have no intension to settle there)
affidavit of support (from sponsor who support their trip )
Family registration form from NADRA (it will show the relationship of the family)

also please answer the followings
1. police certificate is required for visit visa or not?
2. is it necessary to show photocopy of plane ticket in advance with the application? (they did not buy any plane ticket yet)
3. is it necessary to show letter of invitation from who invites (because my parent will stay with me but they will support themselves because i have no money and job here in Canada i just moved in a month ago on PR).

pls tell me if anything missing in it or is it complete?

luck counts a lot......
..
include air tickets, no need to buy but make reservation from agent and then submit.
also show family ties in canada,,ur status in canada,copies of ur PR card or Canadian passport or employer letter , ur banks statement (if available) etc.
i have submitted application for TRV on 16th july.

but i didn't receive my PR card yet, it is expected at the end of this month. but my parents wants to apply individually. they will bear all their expenses by themselves. they will just stay with me. i have no job here and a newly opened bank account with a very low balance. so i have to show statement of that bank account or not?

hmmm... so complicated..dnt be in rush..first get ur PR card and then apply (a recommendation), beside yes you need to show ur bank statement too,,with any amount...try ur luck and see.
