Plz advise on sponsoring my husband from UAE and Palestine !

Hello everyone !
i'm new here and im trying to get some detailed , accurate information and tips on sponsoring my future Husband
we are both Palestinians and we have been together for More than 8 years! , he lives in UAE and i've been in Canada for three years now with a PR card !
the actual Marriage will take place at the end of this year in Palestine , following that im going with him to UAE for 6 months and i will return back to canada after that because the rest of my family live in Canada and i want him to live with us!

my question is can we submit the sponsorship application while i'm outside Canada from UAE ? we can't afford a lawyer so can we complete the application and all the related forms by ourselves ? how can i prove that im coming back in 6 months ? im a dentist in Palestine and im trying to get my license in Canada , how can i use that to help support our application ? what can we do to fasten up the approval ? any tips or tricks on how to strengthen our application ?

No, you cannot submit the app from outside Canada. As a PR, you must be residing in Canada throughout the entire sponsorship process, including when the app is sent.

The majority of people complete the app by themselves. There is no need to have a lawyer.

There are many proofs to use. A plane ticket is the best one. You can have family/friends write letters confirming your return, show you've looked for places to live or jobs, show that you are going through the dentist license process in Canada etc.

Read the guides, forms and checklists thoroughly. Start collecting proofs and looking at what documents you will need to collect.
