Plsssss Help Legal name change document for my Canadian wife

I have been invited to apply express entry under CEC. My wife is a Canadian and got her last name changed in ID, passport and everything else except we don't have a legal document for name change. It's my express entry and my wife is Canadian. I don't have the document. What should I do? Pls help

She's Canadian and is not included in your app, so you don't provide any documentation for her beyond her proof of citizenship.
