PLS, URGENT REPLY NEEDED ABOUT PGD!!!

Hello everyone,
I just joined this thread for this specific purpose and I'll be glad if anyone can help.
I'm from Nigeria, just graduated from a reputable school(no. 2 in ranking) University of Lagos in Accounting. I'm really interested in pursuing a post graduate diploma/certificate in Business Admin/Management in any school in Canada but I graduated with a CGPA of 2.11. Please wht do I have to do to be able to start in the next session (sept 2014).

First you need to be accepted by a school in Canada. Then you need to apply for a study permit.

Pls what schools do you think I can be admitted to?
I'll really appreciate it if u can give me names of some schools you think I can be admitted in, then I can take it from there.
I'm planning to try Mohawk college now thou.
