PLS PLS PLS PLS Do help me....... CHANCES FOR SPP VISA??

Hi I am from India,i got unconditional acceptation letter from Confederation college for 2yrs post graduate diploma in Engineering safety and project management starting Sept-2015.I want to know how much chance is there so that i get a student visa.
These are my qualifications
10th-84%
12th-78%
B-Tech Mechanical- 63% (i had 12 backlogs during the course of study,which i have cleared,)
NEBOSH with credit
IELTS score=8 overall (L=9,W=6,R=9,S=7)
medical has been done
living expenses had been deposited in scotia bank
college 1st year fees paid
i have 2 yrs and 8 months of work experience in oil refinery and civil heavy infrastructure,i started working immediately after completing my course in 2012...but i got my papers only by 2014.
i have written an honest and strong sop too
As college is under spp..i am applying under spp for visa

I heard that there is a 20% chance of visa rejection due to my backlogs..is this true?
i really liked the course Confederation college is providing,

As long ur SOP satisfies the CIC officer ur SP will be approved. It looks like you have satisfied all the requirement, so patiently wait and don't believe in rumors.

As far as I have been active in this forum, many SP's have been issued for Indian students in 2015 by VFS in a very short duration (most cases I have seen is less than 30days).

i am also much worrried about my backlogs man i have morethan that but i cleared in next 6months, some are saying its not the matter we have to convince the VO with strong sop ..have you applied for your visa ???

@SELVAPRIYANPR: I AM WAITING FOR MY FUND TRANSFER TO SCOTIA BANK...AFTER THAT I WILL APPLY FOR VISA BY JULY 1ST WEEK...I AM NOW CONFIDENT A LITTLE THAT WE CAN GET IN..HAVE FAITH

My wife received her SP approval through VFS today. Processing time approx. - 15days
