hello... here is my profile.... m really confused which course should i take?? pls advise me....

i am a dentist from india....
10th - 90.71%
12th - 80.81%
four year dentistry avg - 61% ( all in first attempt )
one year internship completion
degree - B.D.S
IELTS score - 6.5 ( L- 6, R-7, S-7, W-6.5) given on 1st sep 2012..


i want to apply for jan 2013 intake...
course options available with me now are as following-
1. dental assisting ( one year course, certificate/diploma)( only algonquine college has this course for jan intake.. which is in ottawa... dont wana go there)
2. office administration-medical ( two years diploma course) (available in george brown, georgian, centennial, sheridan..... but some consultants say they getting visa through this course is difficult... but many of my seniors has gone through this course... )

so i am really confused which course should i opt for??? pls pls pls advise me.... are there really less chances for me getting visa through medical office administration diploma course???? ??? has any dentist gone through this course?? then pls advise me...

I think you'll be refused. Why are you taking a dental assistance or medical office administrator course when you are already a dentist? This won't make sense to CIC. It looks like you are just taking these courses as a way of getting into Canada.

there is nothing called masters in dentistry in canada... they have only one degree that is DDS... if anyone wants to specialised in any department then they can pursue masters after having DDS degree... and I am B.D.S.... its not valid in canada. we have to go through some 5 exams and can pursue DDS... so basically I am going to give those exams... and i dont want to go through visiting visa because all exams can take upto 2 to 3 years and each exam has 4 to 5 months interval....

r there any courses that require BDS as a pre requisite the u can try those PG diploma etc courses. if ur bachelors then u should plan for a higher level studies than bachelors to make ur case stronger.
