Pls is it easy to get into a Masters program after taking a post graduate course

Hi all, pls I have a first degree in Environmental engineering with low grades so I am taking a post graduate certificate program in environmental related course...what are my chances of getting into a M.Eng Program in a related field and what schools should I consider for easy admission. .thanks

Luvly3, I already replied you in the 'finding work' section but another option will be emailing admission officers in your school(Universities) of choice to see what their stance is on PGD for masters in engineering. Am sure you will get some replies. Don't forget information you get here, is based on personal opinion. I wouldn't depend on it a 100% unless I have heard from an official source.
