Seeking for help, I have a friend who wants to qpply for provincial nominee he doesn't have any relatives in Canada. He is a seafarer and her wife works in a travel agency. Can someone help us what in particular they can apply.

thats the main point, connections to canada, canada will neva accept applicants under provincial nomination that doesnt have a sponsor, now d first tin u do is find a close relative, family member or a friend there, its with that you will be allowed to apply, it can be a friend, it can be family member

there is 1 program manitoba exploration visit, this is also a nomination program, which doesnt require sponsor, or relatives, well its closed for now, but will advice u, do more research on it, i saw many people applied early dis year in this forum
