pls help. work permit has been refused

i'm getting very hard time now days,

I applied for close work permit 7th of jan( wp expired on 24 jan), i called cic two weeks ago regarding about the status of work permit, cic agent said to me that ur work permit has been refused so i asked to her that what the reason? she said the officer says that u applied for open work permit, i said to her no i didn't apply for open one, she said i have no idea about that. the officer will send you the letter regarding this.
even though i talk to my lawyer about this he said that we did not applied for open work permit,
Can i take any action if there is any mistake from cic side?


guys i’m so upset and depress, i have no idea what will happen
i think now my pr is in danger zone i guess.

Right now, you will have to wait for the letter to know the reason and what further actions you can take. Meanwhile, ask your lawyer for the full application that was submitted on your behalf.
