pls help regarding sponsoring a dependent child

Hi,
I have a question here..i wanted to know if i have received my PR in canada n my wife gives birth to a child back home.even though i have only declared two people in my pr application earlier will there b ne problem ..in sponsoring them in future date or in my pr status..
what would b the process to include my newly born child outside Canada in the landing documents or in my original fioe.

no i am yet to land in canada planning to land in march next year..as my wife is expecting her delivery in the month of may 2018...
