I got LOA 4m humber in wireless telecommunication program. I also applied in GBC for wireless networking program and I want to for GBC but they r telling, ur application will take much time to process.

So, my concern is if I pay my fees in humber and lodge VISA file under it and after getting VISA, is there any possibility to change college? As I will get LOA from GBC sooner or later.

YES, u can change college as long as both have the same intake time frame. Transfer of fee will either be done to your main account from where fee was initially paid or directly to new college. Just show them ur new offer letter within 10 days of enrollment failing which ur first semester fee wont be refunded. They may deduct a marginal processing/administration fee of few hundred dollars.

R u sure abt this cuz from jan-14 rules r going 2 change for example, CIC is going 2 mentioned college detils in LOI nd VISA.

Rules are PROPOSED, not yet implemented. Until and unless there is an official release, we'll go with the present rules and they clearly state that u can change colleges as long as u stay within limits of current rules n regulations.
