Pls help! I dont know my Client ID number

I want to retrieve my "Client ID" and the "Date of Issued". I have my citizenship card at year of 1994, by that time, I think there was a letter with my citizenship card together to send to me, the letter contain information of my Client ID and some other information, in case of any citizenship card lost or stolen, it suggest we keep this letter for future use. Unfortunately, I have lost this letter.

Now I am sponsoring my wife to immigrate to CA, by filling the form of IMM1344, it ask for my Client ID and the date of Issue, but since I have lost this letter, I can't complete this form... I want to ask, does there anyway that I can retrieve my Client ID and the Issued Date? so that I can finish my sponsoring application..

How can I retrieve my Client ID number? I hope who reading this can help me for it, or at least, can provide me the way to retrieve this Client ID and Issued Date. Many Thanks!

Call the CIC agents at their call center @ 1-888-242‑2100. Once they confirm your identity, they would provide you the information you need.

1. Just leave the UCI/Client No. blank, if you don't know it.
2. You never had a PR card, since you were a citizen before 2002, so just put in the date you "landed"

Yes! you know it so well, that i really don't have PR at all... all i have it now, it's a citizenship card and that is it...
1. By using the new form of IMM 1344, it cannot 'validate' with any blank or N/A.
2. What if I cannot remember the date I landed? Since I only remember the year and month at Dec 1989 but can't remember the exactly date..

for my case, how can I fill the form of IMM 1344? thankyou!

It is possible to reach the CIC call centre from outside Canada via Foreign Affairs Canada:
+1 613 944 4000 (for an agent: options 1,2,1,2,1 ... then 0 to skip the message)
