PLS HELP FOSS NOTES

What does it mean when it says in your FOSS notes CASE REFFERED TO CIC MISSISSAUGA. CIC CONVERTED TO 3294 FILE FROM B1063 AND PA´D RLCP SHELF FOR FURTHER PROCESSING. LNC/3294 ,,, Pls help... I am under LCP i did not receive AIP but my family just received Medical request already last june 9,2010. Am I not suppose to get AIP first before they undergo medical exam?

FOSS usually means immigration. If you're getting this while going through customs, you were probably tagged for crossing customs too many times, and so this FOSS (sometimes called FOSS 99) immigrations wants to see your documentation..
