Pls help ......Decline ITA or carry on with LOE?

Hi all,,

Recived ITA on 11 jan with 463. But realised during documentation that i have claimed extra 7 points , that were not meant for me. ( only if i have a job in NOC level A)

Now i am very confused,, should i refuse it and come back to the pool with 456 or explain my problem in LOE.

456 looks promicing in the next draw but anything could happen and maybe i wont get it again.

Pls some valuable Openions

Which NOC does your NOC fall? Are you sure that change in NOC affect score?

Either of these links doesn't state that change in NOC affect score....number of years affect score

I could be wrong but all I want to suggest is please make sure you have all the correct information (double check facts) before you withdraw.

Yes ..... my case is bit complex.

I have claimed points for b pharmacy as a proffesional degree. ( 7 points more than regular bachellor)

Amd now i read skilled point calculator 67/100 that to claim it as proffesional degree my occupation must be in NOC LEVEL A. Which idont have ..

I have experience in noc level B.


I am still not sire what is right and whats wrong.

I even called

May be you could update the post title reflecting more your issue.....professional degree holder, extra point for NOC or may be share the link here where you read that only NOC A could claim those extra points so you could hear back from people who actually have knowledge of your case....just my thoughts
