Dear All

Please have some time to study my case!!

I had applied for PR thru AEO during end of 2012 and got my PR thru AEO in the year 2014. I got my PR Visa stamped around March 2014 and was given time to land till oct 2014. I couldnt land before the stipulated time and i thought my PR is expired

Last month when i applied for Tourist Visa, i got a mail back saying that my PR is still valid. I was given 2 options 1) either to renounce my PR 2) Apply for PRTD

I have applied for PRTD with all the same old docs from which i have got my PR in 2014. I have given a declaration as to why i couldnt do the landing process along with the booked ticket and cancelled ticket

What are the chances of my PRTD getting thru?? Also is my PR still valid?? Can i revoke back my PR?

You should assume the PRTD will be refused.

Once the PRTD is refused, you can try applying for the visitor visa again.

Thanks for the reply!! In this case it just gets refused only or there are chances for me to get the PRTD and revoke my PR??

You should have lost your PR already. When you apply for the PRTD they will likely see that you never landed and that you also didn't meet your RO so yes your PR will get revoked.

But from the embassy I got a mail that my PR is still valid!!

I havent done the landing after getting my PR visa. I have got my PR visa during Oct 2014 but failed to land.

I have applied for PRTD trying my luck to explain my situation. When I applied during 2012 I wasnt married, but end of 2013 I got married and my wife was conceived when I got my PR visa. That's the reason I couldnt travel. Have submitted all the docs

Is there a chance that I will get my PRTD and my PR activated

Pls advise
