hey all,
we got our AINP nomination certificate in Jan 2010 and its going to expire in July 2010. We have submitted applications for PCC from India and FBI fingerprinting.

Do you guys think its ok to send CIC application without pcc and fbi fingerprinting and send these two at a later date? what are the pros and cons? Pls. advise

I don't know. What I know is that I have sent my file to CIC with only my Texas and home country pcc's last month, and there's at least another person in this forum who has sent the files to CIC without the FBI pcc. If this is a smart move or not, seriously, I don't know.

Good luck!

Because AINP did not issue nomination for almost six months till the end of 2009, no one knows how the applications without PCCs are processed by CIC these days (Who knows how their rule has been changed during the six months?). But I have seen a few forum members who submitted their applications without PCCs recently and I haven't heard any problem.

In my case, I will submit my application with all PCCs (I'm still waiting for my FBI clearance). Even though I considered about submitting my application without PCCs (because FBI-clearance process takes much longer time than other PCCs), my immigration lawyer advised me to wait for all PCCs and to submit my application with all PCCs to Buffalo. Some forum members, including me, believe this may save some time later in the process.

But if you decide to submit your application without PCCs, it is probably best to include a letter explaining your situation ("PCCs will be sent to Buffalo as soon as possible" etc) in your CIC application.
