Hello everyone, I am from Serbia. I just want to share my experience with you and maybe someone can answer my questions.
I was in Canada 5 years ago, with a visitor visa. In November 2015, I apply for another visitor visa and I got refused. Now, I want to study in Canada and because of my background with refused visa, my family friends in Vancouver help my to find immigration lawyer from Vancouver. He helps me to get right documents and well-written letters of explanation.
Now I have a concern because the lawyer wants to apply himself on-line from Canada to Vienna (Austria) and I don't know what to do, maybe it's better for me to apply by myself?
I just don't know how Canadian embassy is going to look on that.
I already have acceptance letter and I paid tuition for college.
If anyone had some experience with the similar situations please help me :) I need to apply a soon as possible.

Thanks a lot

Re: Please help, any advice for work with imm.lawyer? Study visa

I had similar experience with UK. The thing is don't be afraid. Just apply yourself. If you have appropriate documents they will make a good decision on your behalf.

Good Luck!

Thank you so much for your answer! Just hope that you understand me correctly. I just want to figure what is better for a visa. For me is much easier that my lawyer applies for me, but I don't know is this ok.
