I live now in Egypt, do I have to notarize my marriage certificate to be accepted for sponsorship to Canada? Translation done with Egyptian Ministry of Justice,,, Please need advice, do we need to notarize that from the Canadian Embassy or we could send our file without that??????

In my case, my marrige certificate was in french and I sent it along with my application a true copie, my original, but I think in your case, if your certificate is not in french or english it needs to be translated and certifed by someone qulified, like a public notary or a lawer.

If it's in english or french then you have to make just a certified copie and sent it along.
