One of my friends is PR n is in a small town of nova scotia. He is going to franchisee a small convenience store. He is owner of a Corporation and already have one year business experience n good background n paying HST n al.
His sister is in India and wants to come in canada as PR. His sister has done Master degree and two noc B jobs n relevant experience. He can sponsor as employer and offer full time NOC A or B job like Manager or Supervisor in small store going to franchisee.
For nova scotia PNP, business shud be 2 years old but his is one year.
What are other options his sister can come as PR ?
