I am applying for open work permit

Q1: What is the UCI number ? Do i give the one which I got during TRV(my trv was rejected)

Q2: I did my upfront medical . Shall I just upload the e-medical document that i got ? or is there any other procedure?

Hello curious,

UCI can be found on the TRV Rejection letter which you received. About the e-medical if you are applying online and if they asked you for it then you should upload it otherwise wait for medical request from CIC.
