To answer your question, no one can say for certain which occupations will be on the list once it opens again in July. You will just have to wait and see.

We will likely start accepting applications again in early 2013 when proposed changes to FSWP selection criteria take effect.

Nobody can say for sure when. Maybe they will release new criteria in January, but start accept application in March.
But in the past few years new criteria (list 29) and accepting application always happened at the same time. March 2013 is also "early 2013".
Therefore, most probably it will all happen in March 2013, considering that new visa year in Visa Offices starts in April.

Bu they will start accepting application in March 2013. It is only reasonable, considering that applicants would need time to prepare and anyway new visa year in Visa Offices starts in April.
