1st test--I got 6 band overall and 6 band in each module.....i want to study in canada( surrey,vancouver). I did bachelor's degree in engineering...is there any college where I can get addmission?
My 2nd test result---
listening- 8
Reading-6.5
Writing&speaking-5.5
Overall-6.5
What will I do now?

You should research for schools available in Surrey and go through their school admission requirements to see if you are eligible
