I cant think many universities still accepting applications for Jan'2013. I guess most of them were closed by end of July. Delhousie University is still open till 31st of Aug. However, that means your documents should need to be there by that date.

For May'2013, You need to speed up your decision. Because, soon, they will stop accepting applications at most of universities,

God Bless,
Kavya

1st - Don't listen to any consultant as they just want their commission.

2nd - Till my information , i think universities don't come under spp

3rd - If u wanna go for university. Uni of windsor is open for jan2013 or maybe Dalhousie uni as suggested by kavya

Thanks for ur kind suggestions . one thing more i want to that is visa success rate is higher under spp than general??
If so then i might select some college and apply for PG diploma. Enfield tiger please put ur valuable comments . thanks

spp has higher approval rate and faster processing time but only in case u choose your course very carefully that is completely related to your field and you show enough funds. Then your visa will be granted for sure.

Best of luck
