is there anyone who are already here in canada who applied for work permit either new or same employer then there after got denied? please share for a survey and let our dea readers know and get aware that even applied within canada there is still a refusal for a work permit....thank you to all contributors!

I do not know if this counts -
I got denied due to no LMO. My fault - I was already in possession of a Letter of Support from the NP which was in lieu of an LMO and I did not upload it as part of the supporting docs in the online application. Re-applied as soon as a rejection letter was received, included the letter, had to go through restoration of status, and got my WP 11+ weeks later....

not counted dear sir; your denial has something to do of not following the prescribe procedure from the very start. thus, nothing to be started to be reviewed if to be or not to be that is the question...you are automatic take two!
