Can anyone tell if i link my paper application with online cic account then will i get email updates or not?
And i am confused that i link online then application would still be paper or it will become online application?please reply if anyone know about tgis

Yes, ul still get emails. I strongly recommend you to link ur application online coz that way ul get more info on ur file processing details. Normaly, u dont get medical report through email bt if u have online acc then ul get to know if u cleared ur medicals n if ur file has been put into eligibilty review.

There is no guarantee about that. In my case, I never got a single email from CIC in the entire process. On the other hand, I had given money to VFS for SMS service and they too didn't send single SMS. I use to check everyday around 6:30pm evening to see the progress. Hence, I don't know what to expect and what not.
