Please help who ever experience the same thing I just so frustrated right now. I was approved for AINP nomination. Me and my husband tried to apply for his open work permit/spousal permit but he was refused (but before that we tried to apply for him as a worker and tourist still he is refused) is there any advise you can give or option we can do so he can come here in canada. Do I have to apply his application in different embassy (but he is in philippines). PLEASE HELP DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO NOW : ((( thanks in advance

what does it says in the refusal letter.?? Normally they say " they think that the applicant wont go back to the country of residence after their expiry of visa"
So if you are applying for temporary resident visa dont show them that you are a provincial nominee.. cos that shows your intention is to stay in Canada..
basically what you have to do is prove them that you will go back.. Its too late now . u should have done at first application.. Like you can show them husband have a job/busineess/ land/ and show as much as tie to the philippines so that they will think he have to go back.. So u can show that he have a job and is coming for a vacation for 2 months.. get a letter from his employer. u can show he is going to school and he is half way and he have to go back... If you have any property that is good.. Once you are here u can always apply for extension... So try again.. but be more cautious..

u can always try again... There is no limit to it.. But if there is no change in condition of your application then they are reject again unless you get a super nice visa officer.. So I would say dont try right away, wait a bit as much as you could and re apply with with change in your condition as I said earlier, that you convince the officer that he have to come back to the country ... Well if you r applying ur visa in Canada for immigration, now it takes only 3-4 months for immigration if you are lucky to get ur file transferred to Ottawa.. So by the time you will get ur immigration..itsself too .. u never know... Good luck..Minamana said:
