Dear brothers here is my situation please advice what I do.

I have done computer Engineering in 2005 and MEngg in IT from Pakistan in 2010 as well. With this I have 4 year experience in Pak in IT industry. Then I went UK on student visa (Business management PGD level 7 ) one year program in 2011. In the month of august my college close from UKBA, I was very disappointed and then I decide come back to Pak before my visa expiry. Now, I got unconditional admission letter from Canadian University Concordia. I have no issue in my bank statement, I have 2 year fees and 2 year living expenses in my account. Also, I have solid prove with doc about that money come from. I am very in very tense and confuse about how can I defend my UK student Visa.
Please please help me if you can!

Sometimes.. Honesty is the best policy. And in my opinion..it perfectly applies to your case. You are a genuine student..(atleast from what you have mentioned)... and you honestly need to mention it on SOP/ explanation letter (short and precise/to the point) that the so and so college in UK shut down.. on so and so date leaving many students in lurch ( if possible with proof such as enrollment documents such as fees receipt). You should further state.. not only it is your fault..but infact you are a victim. It wasted your valuable time and money. And now.. you are looking forward to a quality world class education form a Canadian university. I think that should do.. don't worry. Go ahead..apply for visa...

I have to admit it's not always a person's fault that he or she has to face a problem like this.

Having said that, I am sure when the UK college was shut down/unrecognized you must have received something in writing either from college or from UKBA authorities which could be a Memorandum, Notice etc. If you can enclose a copy of that along with your college ID card/fee receipt then that would help in your case.

When I took admission, the college it was in A ranking list from UKBA. Ukba approved colleges list update on daily or weekly basis, they inform only colleges, student can check it self and have update about his college status, so that I haven't any letter. It was closed in September. I have college admission letters shows half fees was paid in advance before visa, then student ID Card, Letter for open bank accounts, vocations letter from them that's it. I will be very thankful of you if I can have any sold reason to show or send me the SOP as per my conditions. Thank for your help.

I have been to uk for almost 4 four years but I didnt study. I studied but only for 1 year and got only a diploma in business administration.I
have met many professional educational consultants ,some of them are my friends. they told me dont worry it will never affect ur case. As long as u r not deported u dont have to worry. Try to get a police clearance certificate from UK that will be a plus point.caz they are mainly concerned with security issues. If u have lived there peacefully and never convicted of anything then dont worry

I dont have such record as you mentioned, Any one please help me how to defend it in SOP as per my record.
