Please need urgent help pls!

Finally after more than 9 month got PPR for my father and minor sister’s visit visa but they have 3 years passport expiry date.in passport request letter they said they won’t issuing visa beyond the passport expiry date. My sister is going to 18 after 3 year so no chance of getting another visit visa in future for her so we would like to get this visa for full 5 years.so she can come later sometime as well.Now wondering if I can renew passport urgently with 3 years expiry old passport and submit the new passport with the old passport for visa stamp and let IRCC know via web from that we are submitting new passport. Is there gonna be any issues? Or what should I say in my web form about new passport?Any advice will be appreciated.thanks

It is possible but it can create unnecessary delays in ur application.
If you really want to do this get a new passport for 10 years & while submitting give a valid reason of getting a new passport i.e existing one got damaged or lost etc provide evidence too. This is how you can proceed....

Thanks a lot Passport requested within 30 days so I am planning to do the re issues passport in super express maybe less than a week.I am wondering when they say visa approved are they already printed visa with old passport or they do it after getting the passport any idea? Coz they need to see the passport first for the expiry date according that they gonna put the visa expiry isn’t?

As per my info, Visa is issued on Passport No at the time of application.
If you want to get Passport(Renewed/replaced) then you need to get new passport details updated in your application through webform meanwhile their are chances you might get 30 days time limit crossed for passport submission.

As you say your sister is 15 years old, if you apply for renewal/replacement of Passport and if she is not yet passed 10th Class, her new passport will be issued till the date she will be 18, so please confirm the same before proceeding for Renewal/replacement of passport.

Thanks appreciate your promote reply.I was thinking that after getting new passport I will submit webfrom also I will submit passport to the VFS at the same time new passport will have attached the old one as well. I saw some people submit webform with the renewal passport application form and after getting new passport they submitted to vfs for visa stamp didn’t wait for reply back from IRCC. In my country there is no problem with passing 10 grad or so if she is under 18 she won’t be eligible for 10 year expiry passport but she will get 5 years for sure
