I am a permanent resident who hasn't been to Canada for 7 years! Needless to say my pr card has expired. But thankfully, I was given an R-1 category travel document which allowed me to come back to Canada. I was also given instructions to apply for my new pr card soon after entering the country. I am now filling the form for a new PR Card IMM something something! Do I have to complete the residency obligation section?? If so what to I write? I wasn't inside Canada for a single day in the last five years! I have already explained my situation in vivid detail wen I applied for the Travel Document in the H&C letter. Just need to know how to fill out the form thats all...
