Please I need urgent help about my situation

I am an Egyptian wife who lives sometime in Egypt and somtimes in Saudi Arabia, i have residencey in Saudi Arabia.
My husband is living in Canada and just got his Permenant Residence Card, i have tried to visit him but my visitor visa got refused in the Canadian embassy in riyadh (Saudi) they have stated the refusal reason as following:

The visitor visa has been refused for the following reason: "You have not satisfied me, on the balance of probability, that you meet all of the requirments of entry to Canada and that you would comply with the laws of Canada if you were authorized to enter [ as per Regulation 179 ]

i have added his invitation letter and have submitted all the required applications, proof of funds, flight tickets, being recidence in Saudi Arabia, had previous visitor visas to UK and didn't stay illegaly there after the expiry date, but i have stated that i am not working and have no ties as job or study in Saudi Arabia maybe that's why i was rejected, i was thinking about reapplying in Egypt would that make a difference, or is there any recommended things i can do to get my visitor visa, if i got a job and could proof to them that i'm working would that be easier to get it??

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
If the conditions have not changed then you are still likely to be rejected.
Sadly, even with a Job, many spousal visit applications are denied - because the likely outcome is that the visitor will not leave Canada.

You need to look at applying for outland spousal PR, with your husband as the sponsor.
