Please need advice

Hi

This is nikhil from Vancouver. I have applied PR through BC PNP and got PR file no on April 2016. I work as supervisor for Esso gas station. However, very recently ESSO was brought 7-Eleven store.
As I am under closed work permit for ESSO, when I contacted CIC, they informed me to do Intra- transfer program process to get new work permit. I have two questions, please guide me
If 7-Eleven, doesn't willing to offer me, can I look for other employer.
If I look for other employer, what is the procedure to get work permit.

Please provide some guidelines which will be beneficial for me.

1. AS U R UNDER CLOSED WORK PERMIT, U CANT CHANGE JOB / NO1 WILL HIRE U.
2. U CANT CHANGE JOB WITHOUT GETTING A OPEN WP.

SO ONLY OPTION LEFT FOR U WOULD BE TO GO FOR A INTRA-COMPANY TRANSFER.
IF U DONT DO SO IT MIGHT EFFECT UR PR APPLICATION.

TRY T CONVINCE UR NEW EMPLOYER.

how about if I my change job and getting a closed Work Permit under new employer and updating the same to CIC?
